How do I join a challenge?
Browse challenges under Discover, pick one, and pay the entry fee via Whop checkout.
How are winners paid?
Eligible Cash Balance is transferred
to your connected Whop payout account after the displayed checks and limits.
Whop controls the withdrawal methods, timing and any conversion/provider fees
available from that account; Strat does not promise a direct bank transfer.
Do I have to grant Apple Health or Location access?
No.
Those permissions enable faster automatic verification. In the active
Challenge, choose Manual Review to submit the day’s distance and an optional
note without granting a protected iOS permission. The claim remains pending
until an operator approves or rejects it and never creates immediate credit.
Does the app track me in the background?
Yes — GPS tracking continues while your phone is locked so your run stays accurate. The blue status bar indicator is always visible when tracking is active.
What data does Strat collect?
For a verified live run,
Strat sends precise GPS route points, timestamps, accuracy, speed, altitude and
motion evidence to its server. With permission it also processes Apple Health
activity and source metadata. Personal data is not sold or used for advertising;
Railway, Whop and Apple support the specific hosting, payment and platform
functions described in the Privacy Policy.
How do I report or block someone?
Open the runner’s public
profile and choose Report or Block. For an urgent safety concern, also email the
support address above.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile → Account →
Delete Account. The app starts permanent deletion and explains any active entry
or pending payment/payout. You may resolve those first or choose deletion now;
restricted financial records may remain where reconciliation, tax or accounting
law requires them.
Strat does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. Run data does not stay only on the device: the evidence needed for Challenge verification is securely transmitted to and temporarily stored on Strat’s servers.
